Oh Hi Ya.

I had such a wonderful weekend. Probaly one of the most funnest in quite a while. Not that I never have fun on my weekends off, this one was just different. I spent my Saturday afternoon catching up with old time pals; Jeremy and Jai. It was a great catch up, not for very long. But I’m always happy to see them lovely lads.

We had pre-drinks at Jon’s house. We were off to see Snob Scrilla. And I must say, it was one of the funnest gigs I’ve ever seen. I miss the start of it because I was outside chain smoking and drinking beer. But when I went inside, had a blast jumping around with my best friends. About 40 people jumped on stage at the end, even Paul and Jon. Haha they were loving life. After that, we went to our usual Saturday night hang out at Jive. Pretty dissapointed in myself, because I really don’t remember much. Also dissapointed that I forgot my camera. It was one of those great nights when you bump into faces that you haven’t seen for months. After Jive we hit ‘Dirty’ Shotz. And the classy night ended at Hungry Jacks with Onion Rings.

Thanks to the lovely Ellyn. She helped me put a new red shade in my hair. It’s not orange anymore. It’s quite dark, and am not sure if I like it. Everyone seems to though, getting a few compliments on Twitter and Facebook. Please let me know what you think!?

My sister is coming over on Thursday night. And she will be here until Wednesday. Very happy about this. I miss her and really need one of those DM’s that siblings seem to have. Pretty sure this DM needs to have champagne involved. We’ll also be attending The Royal Adelaide Show on Friday. Yep, it’s that time of year. And I cannot believe that tomorrow is the first day of spring. Where has the year gone?

Artic Monkeys new stuff is slowly taking over my mind.

Thanks for all the comments, e-mails, tweets about the new theme. And I’m suprised that you all liked my shitty video blog. Once again, I need a new web cam. My reccommendation for you. Don’t spend $20 on a webcam.

Aloha boys and girls. What’s been shaking? I know, I know. ‘Belinda, you’re the worst mother fucking blogger in the world’. But hey. Life has been sweet lately, and now I’m pretty sure I’ll have things worth blogging about, and this will be a decent blog for your pretty eyes. First things first. Here is a little video blog to assure you that I’m well alive and still kicking.

Melbourne was A-MAZE-ZZZING. The White Album concert was a memory that I will never push back to end of my mind. Although, I was just slightly bit intoxicated for the event. BUT I still remember it. The 4 men were brilliant. And although, anyone would’ve prefered The Beatle’s onstage, but the 4 other lads kept it together well. The album was played back to front. One guy would sing a song, walk off stage, and another would take over the microphone. My friend Keith and I were front row for the event in Melbourne so it couldn’t get any better. I also enjoyed my wink and high five from Chris Cheney. The only downfall of the concert was me rushing to the toilet and my friend meeting Geoffrey Rush at the bar. After the show we went to the stage door to get our programs signed. We unfortunately missed Tim Rogers and Chris Cheney (We caught them the 2nd night though). But got to meet Phil Jamieson and Josh Pyke. As I said, I was slightly drunk. I told Phil that I wasn’t a fan of Grinspoon. He said that was cool. Then, the drunk idiot I am…I said, “Didn’t you guys write Monkey Wrench”. His mouth dropped and walked back inside. Other fans weren’t happy with me…

Ok so I know Monkey Wrench was written by The Foo Fighters. The song I was thinking of was Bolt Cutter. Way off hey. My friends are already giving me shit for it. Don’t you all start hey. After all the drama with Phil, we hit the town in Melbourne and got super drunk. Spent nearly $200 in a space of 5 hours. But the night ended with food at 4 AM. Ah I love Melbourne. The rest of the trip was great too. Keith took me to St Kilda, The Victorian Markets, USA Foods and an awsome retro 50’s Diner. We also went and saw The 7PM project at Channel Ten studios. Although I don’t watch the TV show, it was cool to watch a live taping.  Once again, thanks to Keith for showing me a great time in Melbourne. I really can’t wait to go back.

My Mother had a spare ticket to The White Album show in Adelaide. Of course I snatched it and attened with my Mother. We were front row center for this one too. It was faith I do believe. Tim Rogers kicked the microphone stand over and almost hit me in the face. Only downfall. My friend Bridget and I went to the stage door after the show and was told by a roadie to go to the after show party. We headed in there, and there were all 4 lads. Chris was impressed to see us. He really appreciates his fans. Josh Pyke was a really cool guy as well. He was happy to pose for a photo and wear my glasses. Phil recognised me as well. I tried to explain to him to ‘Monkey Wrench’ situation but he really didn’t want to hear it. His reply was, “You’re everywhere girl”. He also said he recognised me from Twitter. Haha. Oh well. Tim Rogers is also a lovely guy. A bit kooky but good for a chat. Thanks Mummy for the ticket.

I’m also looking forward to seeing Children Collide and The Whitlams next month in Adelaide.

Work has been so much drama lately. Have been studying for a coffee exam. We have also been training staff for another Muffin shop which will be opening in two weeks. I always feel that I do such a terrible job in training. I hope they go onto running a successful business.

Probaly the greatest news is that I have a wonderful new boyfriend. His name is Jon, and he makes me very happy.

Love you all, thanks again.
